Transportation for South Dakota Medicaid

We have made the painful decision to cease being a South Dakota Medicaid secure medical transportation provider. Medicaid rates have not kept pace with the cost of operations, to the point where a typical reimbursement for transport covers less than half of the cost giving the ride. We have borne these losses throughout this year, but cannot sustain our current support of Medicaid transportation any longer. Therefore, as of December 14th, 2022 we will not provide rides with South Dakota Medicaid as the payee. South Dakota Medicaid recipients may go here for other options.
